Amy Watson

Amy Watson holds extensive experience in recruiting and business development, currently serving as the Director of Recruiting and Business Development at Connect Search, LLC since October 2024. Previously, Amy was a Principal and Associate Principal in Executive Search at LaSalle Network from January 2022 to September 2024, contributing to staffing and direct-hire search services. Amy also served as Director at T4 Capital Talent from February 2014 to January 2022, focusing on human capital advisory for private equity funds.
