Brendan Chaves

Brendan Chaves currently serves as a Manager at Connect Search, LLC, since July 2023, where the focus is on assisting private equity firms and portfolio companies in sourcing strategic talent. Brendan is also an Ambassador Council Member for First Tee – Greater Chicago, contributing to the Development Committee since March 2022. With extensive experience at Quality Placement Authority and Staffing Network LLC from November 2010 to May 2023, Brendan held multiple leadership roles, including Executive Director, Regional Director, Recruiting Director, and Executive Recruiter, specializing in sectors such as Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage, and Pharmaceutical. Prior work experience includes roles in golf shop operations and caddying at country clubs. Brendan earned a BA in Economics, Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management, and Marketing from North Central College between 2006 and 2010.
