Frank Schweiger

Frank Schweiger has a long history of work experience in various roles. Frank began their career in 2012 as a Ticket Sales Representative for the Milwaukee Brewers, where they were responsible for effectively selling season and group ticket packages of all sizes, maintaining exemplary customer service, creating new special experiences for seat season holders, and performing 80-100 outbound phone calls per day. In 2014, they moved to Direct Supply as a Business Development Manager, where they were tasked with educating and developing relationships with 10 long term care corporations throughout the nation. In 2017, Frank began working for two different companies: Villani Landshapers Lawn and Landscape Maintenance, Inc. as Vice President of Business Development, and Modis as a Technical Recruiter. In their role at Villani Landshapers, they were responsible for actively prospecting potential clients and building long-lasting relationships with property managers, board members and homeowners. At Modis, they were responsible for building relationships with IT professionals in SE Wisconsin, continually matching companies with top technical talent, and focusing their recruiting efforts on IT and Engineering requirements. In 2020, Frank returned to Connect Search, LLC as Director of Technical Recruiting and Senior Technical Recruiter. Finally, in 2021, they moved to Genesis10 as a Delivery Manager, and in 2022 they returned to Connect Search, LLC as a Senior Business Development Manager.

Frank Schweiger attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science.
