Matt Posillico

Matt Posillico has a long history of experience in business development, product management, and marketing. Matt began their career in 2009 as a Marketing and Business Development Intern at Ithaca College- Campus Center and Event Services, where they worked to increase website presence and conducted marketing outreach. Matt also served as a Building Manager. In 2011, they became a Field Sales Representative at Techtronic Industries North America, where they worked to introduce new products, execute promotions, and position products effectively. In 2013, they were a Product Marketing Coordinator at Milwaukee Electric Tool. From 2014 to 2017, they were an Associate and Assistant Product Manager at Milwaukee Tool. In 2017, they became a Staffing Manager at Accountemps. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Director of Business Development and Business Development Manager at Connect Search, LLC, a staffing firm.

Matt Posillico attended Ithaca College from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration; and Accounting.
