Nicole Bridgewater

Nicole Bridgewater began their career in 2012 as a Certified Trainer and Lead Bartender at Buffalo Wild Wings. In 2016, they joined Target as an Executive Team Lead and HR Management Intern. In 2018, they joined Nenni and Associates as a Recruiting Account Manager and Candidate Analyst, where they researched, cold-called, and qualified candidates for retained and contingent client relationships. In 2022, they became the Director of Recruitment at Connect Search, LLC, a boutique staffing firm with long-standing relationships with several of Illinois' top employers.

Nicole Bridgewater graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2016 with a B.S in Management with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior.
