Quincie Glimcher

Quincie Glimcher has had a diverse career in the corporate world, beginning with an internship at Iridium in 2015 as an Iridium GO! Marketing and Promotions Intern. In 2016, they interned at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. as an Administrative Projects Intern for Envisage Wealth. In 2017, they began working at Connect Search, LLC, where they have held four roles. Quincie started as an Assistant Vice President and then moved to Director, Recruitment and Business Development, where they were responsible for developing and executing research and strategy to support client hiring goals. Quincie then became a Senior Recruiting Manager for Financial Services, qualifying for the 2019 President's Club and becoming the Top biller for the Chicago Perm Placement team. Quincie was then promoted to Recruiting Manager for Financial Services, qualifying for the 2018 President's Club. Finally, they were a Technical Recruiter for Information Technology, where they built a strong foundation in their knowledge of how IT functions within organizations.

Quincie Glimcher obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications from The Ohio State University between 2013 and 2017. In 2014, Quincie also attended the University of Virginia to study International Marketing.
