Haiwei Wu has over 15 years of experience in technology operations and software engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Technology Operations at ConnectureDRX since March 2020, Haiwei Wu previously held the role of Manager of Technology Operations from January 2017 to March 2020, leading a team focused on knowledge transfer, training, and team stability. Prior to that, Haiwei Wu worked as a System Analyst and Team Lead, providing data analysis and project leadership for online affiliate reporting and CMS pricing processes. Haiwei Wu began a career in software engineering at Access Integrated Technologies, Inc., contributing to the development of a royalty management software solution, along with experience as a System Analyst at Galaxy Telesys Inc., where data warehouse implementation was a key responsibility. Haiwei Wu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering.
