Joseph Kwan

Joseph Kwan has had a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Joseph started their career at Eureka Revenue, Inc as an Operations Assistant in January 2010 and later became an Operations Manager in October 2010. In June 2012, they joined DRX - A Subsidiary of Connecture as an Implementation Coordinator, where they played a crucial role in product implementation and trained clients and coworkers on internal applications and processes.

In 2014, Joseph joined Connecture as an Associate Data Analyst, where they utilized SQL to perform database tasks and automated work processes to improve efficiency. Joseph later became a Data Analyst, creating reports and coding for new and existing products.

Following their work at Connecture, Joseph joined Caremore Medical Group as a Healthcare Information Consultant in June 2017, where they provided valuable insights and expertise in healthcare information.

Currently, Joseph is serving as a Data Team Lead at ConnectureDRX since January 2022. In this role, they play a leadership role in the data team, applying their extensive experience and knowledge to drive success.

Throughout their career, Joseph has consistently demonstrated their expertise in analyzing data, utilizing SQL, and leveraging various software tools to enhance processes and deliver impactful results.

Joseph Kwan attended Pasadena City College from 2000 to 2002, where they pursued general education. Joseph then went on to study Business Administration, Management, and Operations at California State University, Fullerton, earning their Bachelor's Degree from there in 2009.
