Kyle Ostendorf has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kyle began their career as an NCAA Compliance Assistant at Elon University, where they advised senior staff and developed procedures in response to NCAA findings. Kyle then worked as an Associate Attorney at The Law Office of James P. Laurie III, PLLC, advocating for clients and conducting legal research.

Moving into the healthcare sector, Kyle joined Allscripts as an Implementation Analyst, where they trained clients on professional practice management software and assisted with its implementation. Kyle also conducted internal analysis and presented recommendations to senior management. Kyle later took on the role of Project Manager, leading a large-scale software upgrade for over 500 clients nationally. Kyle successfully resolved technical issues and implemented change management processes.

In 2015, Kyle joined ConnectureDRX as a Business Analyst, acting as a liaison between clients, project managers, and development teams for a healthcare IT company. Kyle then progressed to the role of Senior Business Analyst and Manager of Client Services, responsible for maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and overseeing project delivery.

Most recently, Kyle was the Director of Customer Success - Hosted Multicarrier at ConnectureDRX. Kyle managed a team of customer success managers, ensured customers received value from their maintenance contracts, and achieved year-over-year growth of maintenance revenue. Throughout their career, Kyle has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, client relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.

Kyle Ostendorf completed their education at Elon University School of Law, where they earned a JD degree from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Communications from Elon University. Kyle also attended Hawken School for their high school education. Additionally, they are a licensed attorney through the North Carolina State Bar and holds certifications as a Change Management Specialist (CMS) and a Six Sigma Lean Professional from the Management and Strategy Institute.
