ROY SHELTON

Roy Shelton has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2011, they founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of ITS Technology Group, a telecommunications company, for 6 years. Roy then became the Group Chief Executive Officer of Connectus Business Solutions Limited in 2019, where they oversaw the provision of connectivity, cyber/IT security, secure hosting, and collaboration/digital transformation solutions. In 2008, Shelton took on the role of Managing Partner at DropJaw Ventures Group Limited, providing capital and advisory services to companies. Roy also held non-executive director positions at Gluu.tech, Spartan Survival, 4 Roads Ltd, The Urban Technology Group, Sales Bond, and made of möre, where they contributed to business strategies and connections. Shelton currently serves as the Chairman of Chester Business Club, leading its growth and fundraising efforts for local causes.

Roy Shelton attended Don Valley High School from 1978 to 1982. After completing high school, they pursued higher education at The Open University. From 1997 to 1998, they obtained a Certificate in Business Studies. Roy continued their studies at The Open University and received a Diploma in Business Management from 1998 to 1999. Lastly, Roy Shelton completed their education at The Open University, earning a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from 1999 to 2002.
