Kris Richardson

Kris Richardson is an accomplished professional in sales enablement with extensive experience in leading teams and programs across various organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Sales Enablement at ConnectWise since March 2025, Kris previously held the position of Sr. Director of Sales and Partner Enablement at Apptio, where responsibilities included enhancing sales efficiency and effectiveness on a global scale. Additional roles include Global Channel Enablement Manager at Veritas Technologies LLC, Sr. Sales and Technical Enablement Strategist at Symantec, and VP of Learning Services at GeoLearning, among others. Kris holds an M.S. in Adult Education with a focus on Instructional Design for Online Learning from Capella University, a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Pre-Med from Central College, and a Certificate in English-Spanish translation from the University of Granada, Spain.
