Rachana Sharma

Rachana S. is an experienced professional specializing in human-centered design and change management, currently serving as the Experience Services Leader at Salesforce since April 2021. Prior to this role, Rachana held several positions at KPMG US, including Senior Director of Organizational Change Management for Digital Transformation and Director of Management Consulting focused on People & Change. Rachana has also contributed as an Ambassador for One Young World and was a 2014 Fellow at World Business Chicago, where efforts were directed towards enhancing the business environment in Chicago. Earlier career experiences include serving as Sr. Manager of Operations at Global Talent Acquisitions and roles at Deloitte Consulting as a Consultant and Systems Analyst.
