Jur Hofland

Jur Hofland is a seasoned professional in logistics and sustainability, currently serving as Duurzaamheidscoördinator/logistiek engineer at Rensa Family Company since February 2021. With a long tenure at Rensa from 2004 to February 2021 as a project coordinator, Jur specialized in logistics project coordination, sustainable logistics, and efficiency initiatives. Additionally, since January 2015, Jur has been a member of the L&Gstar development platform at Connekt, representing Rensa. Previous roles include managing production planning in a Lean environment at Brooks Instrument and holding leadership positions at Blokker. Jur is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Circular Economy at HAN University of Applied Sciences and has earned a Lean Green Belt certification. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management from Christelijke Hogeschool Leeuwarden and various training in retail management and lean methodologies.
