Jennifer Carrillo Perez is an accomplished attorney and partner at Connell Foley LLP, where Jennifer has focused on land use and zoning, redevelopment, municipal law, and affordable housing development since May 2016. Jennifer Carrillo Perez also serves as a Board Member for the Essex County Vocational-Technical Schools Board of Education and previously held roles as a partner at Inglesino Webster Wyciskala & Taylor and counsel at Genova Burns Giantomasi & Webster, specializing in land use and redevelopment law, affordable housing, and finance. Early in their career, Jennifer Carrillo Perez served as New Jersey Board Chair for the ASPIRA Association and worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Claude M. Coleman in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Jennifer Carrillo Perez obtained a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and a B.A. in Political Science and Speech Communication from Montclair State University.
