Richard Badolato

Richard Badolato is a Partner at Connell Foley LLP, having joined the firm in 1982. With a strong background in legal education and practice, Richard has contributed as an editor for the December 2011 issue of New Jersey Lawyer on ethics and authored the article "Trial Techniques & Practices" in April 1983. Richard has served as a speaker on various topics, including civil motion practice and rules of evidence, at events organized by the Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the American Bar Association. Prior to Connell Foley LLP, Richard practiced as an attorney at Morgan Melhuish Abrutyn from 1966 to 1982. Richard holds a Doctor of Law degree from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fairfield University.
