Vaughn McKoy, JD, MBA, is an accomplished attorney and business leader with over two decades of experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at Connell Foley LLP, Vaughn provides strategic legal and business advice across various industries, focusing on regulatory, corporate governance, and litigation matters. As the Chair of TIGER 21 New Jersey, Vaughn facilitates connections among ultra high-net-worth individuals to foster business growth and wealth management. Additionally, Vaughn is the Co-Founder and President of Shekinah Group, LLC, specializing in staffing and project management for the construction industry. Previous roles include COO of the City of Paterson, Managing Director at PSEG, and Assistant Attorney General in New Jersey's Division of Criminal Justice. Vaughn holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a JD from Rutgers Law School.
