Jon Grafton FICA is an experienced compliance professional with a strong background in regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering. Currently serving as Group Head of Compliance Monitoring & Oversight at Connells Group since May 2015, Jon has held various compliance roles including Compliance Manager at Santander UK and Compliance Officer at Lapithus Servicing LLP. Jon's career began at HFC Bank Ltd as a Senior Portfolio Manager, transitioning into compliance with positions at The Beacon Group and MoneyGram International. Jon has earned multiple qualifications, including an ICA Certificate in Anti Corruption and diplomas in Anti-Money Laundering from the Alliance Manchester Business School, along with a regulatory compliance certificate from the International Compliance Association.
