Finn Barnard-Weston

Finn Barnard-Weston is an experienced professional with a diverse background in surveying, sales, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an AssocRICS Residential Building Surveyor at Connells Survey & Valuation since January 2022, Finn previously held roles as a Trainee Surveyor and Sales Negotiator at Alexander & Co, as well as Walmsley Estate Agency, where responsibilities included managing buyer journeys and business operations. Co-founding Aviation Art Investments showcased Finn's entrepreneurial spirit, with a focus on sourcing and marketing niche military art. Additionally, an Assistant Manager role at Image Centre involved studio photography work, which contributed to Finn's development as a photographer. Finn's foundational education was completed at Kingswood School from 2000 to 2012.
