Lauren Kavathas

Lauren Kavathas is a Project Engineer at Connelly Electric Co since June 2023, previously serving as the Head of Strategy at EmoNet from February to June 2023. Lauren has experience as a DEI Intern at the Technology Entrepreneur Center and as a Graduate Career Peer at The Grainger College of Engineering, where responsibilities included supporting engineering students with job search strategies. Additional experience includes internships in operations at Navier, management consulting at PwC, product management at Milwaukee Tool, and engineering at Putzmeister America, Inc. Lauren holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and graduated from Libertyville High School in 2018.
