Sal Deluca

Sal DeLuca has a strong background in finance and accounting, with several years of experience in executive roles. Sal worked as the CFO at Connelly Partners from January 2014 to the present. Prior to that, they were the CFO at ISM for twelve years from August 2001 to December 2013. Sal also held the position of CFO at US Power Solutions, Inc. from 2001, Industry to Industry, Inc. from 1999 to 2001, and SeaChange International from 1996 to 1999. Before entering the CFO roles, they worked as a Controller at Acentech from 1990 to 1996 and as an Accounting Supervisor at BBN Technologies from 1988 to 1990. Sal started their career as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche, where they worked from 1985 to 1988.

Sal DeLuca completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Boston College from 1981 to 1985. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business, attending from 1989 to 1991.
