MAHESH KADAM is a Human Resources Specialist at Optimas Solutions since October 2021. Prior to this, KADAM worked as a Senior Customer Care Executive at Conneqt Business Solutions Limited from September 2016. KADAM also has experience as a Senior Executive Human Resources at J C Retail India Pvt. Ltd. and as a Human Resources Office Assistant at Subros Limited. KADAM holds a Diploma in Labour Law from Indian Institute of Legal Management Studies, an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, and a BSc in Chemistry / Bio Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Currently, KADAM is pursuing a PhD in Employees Behavior, Employees Relationship & Employees Grievance from Shivaji University.
