After more than 40 years of experience executing large-scale change with organizations across the globe, Daryl Conner and Ed Boswell founded Conner Advisory with a mission to apply their expertise in support of the leaders and organizations that are dedicated to advancing the quality of the human experience.

We focus intensively on helping clients in the civil sector, primarily international NGOs, when they find themselves facing transformations beyond their capacity to support. We partner with these courageous leaders to create the conditions that will ensure that critical initiatives that have the potential to profoundly improve the lives of millions of people around the world make their intended impact.
