Michael Rials Jr

Michael Rials Jr has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Michael started their career at Tiner Electronics in 2000 as a Network and Systems Design and Sales specialist. In 2005, they joined The Price Companies, Inc as a Network Administrator. From 2008 to 2021, Michael worked at American Foundry Group, where they held various roles such as Network Administrator and eventually becoming the IT Manager. In this role, they managed the IT team and technical infrastructure, overseeing the implementation and support of software applications and improving communication and cooperation within the organization. In 2015, Michael founded their own company called Michael's Enterprise Services. Currently, they are working at Conner & Winters, LLP, initially as an IT Analyst/Liaison, then as Interim IT Director, and currently serving as the Director of IT.

Michael Rials Jr began their education at Brookhaven High School from 1994 to 1996 where they obtained their High School Diploma in the field of High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. In addition to their high school education, Michael has also acquired several certifications in various fields. These include "Creating Bots with the Microsoft Bot Framework, Part 1" and "SAP ERP Essential Training" from LinkedIn, both obtained in 2019. Michael also obtained an RFID Associate certification from the RFID Professional Institute in 2018.
