Cindy Holmes

Cindy Holmes has over three decades of experience with The Kroger Co., currently serving as Vice President of Pension Investment and Insurance & Claims, overseeing corporate insurance programs and claims management alongside pension investment responsibilities. Previous roles include Senior Director of Pension Investments, where Cindy led a team managing corporate pension assets, Director of Investor Relations, and Director of Treasury, focusing on banking relationships and financial compliance. Cindy's earlier career included various positions in IT and finance. Additionally, Cindy serves as a board member for Connetic Ventures. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University and an MBA in Finance from Northern Kentucky University.
