Upekshe Jayasak Ruwanpathirana

Upekshe Jayasak Ruwanpathirana has extensive experience in IT support and systems engineering, currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at Connetics since November 2022. Prior to this role, Ruwanpathirana worked as a System Engineer at CCL and a Tier 2 Support Engineer at Business IT Solutions, where responsibilities included configuring, managing, and troubleshooting both cloud and on-premise backup systems. Earlier positions included Onsite Desktop/Network Technician at New Era IT and Staff Assistant at Bank of Ceylon. Ruwanpathirana holds a Graduate Diploma in IT from Eastern Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Business IT from the University of Greenwich. Additional qualifications include a Diploma in Applied Banking and Finance from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka.
