Christen Bowen

Christen Bowen has a strong work experience in the banking industry. Christen began their career at Southern New England FCU (now Connex CU) as a Teller in 1996 and later became a Jr. IT Coordinator in 1997. In 2003, they joined Connex Credit Union and worked as an EBRanch Analyst, responsible for managing online services and website development. In 2009, they became a Project Manager and eServices Administrator, overseeing company-wide projects and managing credit union e-services. In 2017, they were promoted to Manager of Mobile, Analytics, and Automation, where they led a team in making informed decisions and building internal data warehouses. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Vice President Operations, utilizing their previous skills and duties while leading the team to better serve credit union members.
