John Roy

John Roy has extensive experience in collections and risk mitigation, currently serving as AVP of Collections and Risk Mitigation at Connex Credit Union since October 2017. In this role, John manages the Collections Department, addressing defaulted home loans, auto mitigation, and fraud prevention, while also preparing the semi-annual Economic (ALLL) report with a focus on recovery and expense reduction. Previously, John held positions at GE Credit Union as Default Collections Manager, at Planet Home Lending, LLC as Liquidation/REO/Property Preservation Supervisor, and in various roles including Skip Tracer and Mitigation Team Leader. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Quinnipiac University.
