We are led by service, not sales, with safeguarding our first - and greatest - priority. We are very picky about who we recruit, and have [thousands] of excellent teachers, teaching assistants, nursery nurses, SEN specialists and support staff working for us. We have earned the reputation of always looking after our staff, and our client schools, brilliantly. We look different – and we are different. And we are serving more schools every day.
