Pauline Chan

Pauline Chan, CFA, MBA, MSc, currently serves as Principal at Connexa Capital, focusing on investments in early-stage companies with sustainable growth strategies. Prior experience includes a role in TMT Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs, where expertise spanned software, fintech, crypto, and edtech sectors. As an entrepreneur, Pauline led a consumer-facing platform project at Galvanizer, an incubator for female founders associated with Stanford GSB, and founded Cereal, a startup developing group decision-making tools. Earlier in the career, Pauline held a Senior Associate position in M&A at Morgan Stanley, completing significant transactions across multiple regions.
