Panusha Mahinthan CHRP, CHRL has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Panusha is currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience & Human Resources at Connexall. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Director (Canada) at Webware.io, where they established and implemented HR best practices, compliance, and governance. Panusha also collaborated with senior leaders to strategize and address HR requirements.

Before Webware.io, Panusha worked as the Human Resources Manager at Total Power Limited, where they provided consultation and guidance on various HR issues to the executive team and front-line managers. Panusha also developed and delivered training programs for managers.

Earlier in their career, Panusha worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Wolseley Canada Inc., where they collaborated with hiring managers nationwide and managed the recruitment process. Panusha also designed and implemented orientation and onboarding programs.

Panusha has also held positions at Oxford Properties Group, Baycrest, and Seneca College, where they gained valuable experience in the recruitment and co-op assistant roles.

Panusha Mahinthan CHRP, CHRL completed a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic in the years 2008 to 2010. They also hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from York University. Additionally, Panusha has obtained certifications such as Bullet Proof Manager from Crestcom Eastern Canada and JHSC part 1 & 2 from the Occupational Safety Group. They are also certified as a CHRP and CHRL through HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association.
