Sayo Kodaolu CAD, CSA is an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator and Developer, currently employed at Connexall since February 2023, where responsibilities include creating workflows and developing system integrations on the ServiceNow platform. Prior experience includes serving as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer at Ryerson University from October 2021 to January 2023, focusing on enhancing ITSM features and participating in multiple ServiceNow upgrades.
