Esra Derici

Esra Derici is an experienced professional in product management with a strong background in technology and customer care. Currently serving as Product Team Lead and Senior Product Manager at Connexease since March 2021, Esra oversees the development of an omnichannel conversational support platform. Prior experience includes roles as AI Product Manager at Artiwise, where product planning and cross-functional collaboration were key responsibilities, and Product Manager at StartupFon, an equity-based investment platform for technology startups in Turkey. Esra also served as an Associate at Istanbul Startup Angels, focusing on early-stage startup investments in the Mena Region. Earlier internships and leadership roles in various organizations, including an internship at Samsung Electronics and Vice Presidency at Bau Software & IT Club, complemented academic achievements with a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Bahcesehir University.
