Katie Muir has a diverse work experience that includes positions in both marketing and brand management. Katie currently holds the role of Head of Brand at Connexin since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Fibre Product Lead at the same company from February 2022 to September 2022. From March 2021 to February 2022, Katie worked as the Marketing & Customer Experience Manager (B2C) at Connexin, where they were responsible for implementing marketing strategies and improving customer journey. Before joining Connexin, Katie was a Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprentice at Baltic Apprenticeships from July 2019 to July 2020, during which they achieved a distinction and passed exams in various marketing-related topics.

Katie Muir attended Hessle High School from 2014 to 2019 where they obtained their General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE). In addition to their school education, they also earned a certification in Google Analytics Advanced from Google in September 2019.
