Qussi Elshafie

Qussi Elshafie has a work experience that spans over multiple years in different roles and companies.

In 2016, they worked as a Project Coordinator Assistant at Elnagim Elthaqib Engineering Co. Ltd, where they were responsible for estimating quantities and cost of raw materials, managing project staff and budget, and monitoring construction progress.

From 2017 to 2021, Qussi served as a Senior Sales Engineer at Capital Equipment Co. Ltd, where they developed marketing strategies for Hyundai heavy equipment, managed the junior sales team and reported sales targets, and ensured customer satisfaction through after-sale services.

Currently, Qussi is a Project Coordinator at Connexin, starting in December 2022. In this role, they are responsible for managing assigned areas to meet quality, safety, cost control, production, and continuous improvement objectives. They collaborate with management to define project scope, objectives, budget, and key metrics. Additionally, they assemble job packs for engineers, coordinate daily tasks, and handle any failed outcomes with prepared methodologies.

Qussi Elshafie started their education in 2010 at the University of Khartoum, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Qussi successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2016. Qussi then decided to further enhance their educational qualifications and recently enrolled at the University of Sunderland in 2021. Here, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering Management, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
