Brian Crow is a Global Customer Success and Payments Executive currently serving as the SVP and Head of Customer Success at ConnexPay, where they are part of the Senior Leadership Team. Previously, they held several significant roles, including Head of Customer Success for the Omni-Channel Vertical at PayPal, where they managed over $150 billion in Total Payment Volume. Brian has experience at American Express, both in Global Merchant Services and as a Global Account Director in Global Business Travel, and they have also worked with the National Restaurant Association and Winesellers, Ltd. They earned a Master of Business Administration in Management from North Central College and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.
