Connextive is your full-stack Employee of Record (EoR) and nearshoring partner, dedicated to helping ambitious Singaporean businesses build compliant, high-quality, and cost-efficient teams in Batam, Indonesia.

We solve two critical problems: high SG labor costs and the complexity of ID labor compliance.

The Batam Advantage: Leveraging the 45-minute proximity to SG, our clients achieve cost savings of up to 50% while maintaining zero legal risk.

Our Full-Stack Service:

Talent Sourcing: Fast-track acquisition (2-4 weeks) for roles including IT Developers, Customer Support, and specialized Admin in Batam.

Seamless EOR: We act as the legal employer (PT Terkoneksi Inovasi Global), managing 100% of the administration: contracts, BPJS, PPh 21, and monthly payroll, billed transparently in SGD.

We also empower Recruitment Partners by handling the entire compliant HR backend, ensuring they retain 100% of their placement fees.
