Alex Edwards

Alex Edwards is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Service and Infrastructure Manager at Connexus since November 2022. Prior to this role, Alex held various positions at M and M Direct, advancing from Helpdesk Analyst to Senior Technical Operations Analyst (Lead) over a span of nearly seven years. Alex began the career at Zengenti as an IT Systems Engineer. With a strong foundation in technical support, infrastructure management, and team leadership, Alex has successfully overseen internal infrastructure across multiple sites, provided 2nd and 3rd line support, and implemented critical network solutions. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from MBS School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and French from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
