Rosemary Coyne is an experienced project manager and consultant specializing in sustainable development and the built environment. Currently serving as the Warmer Homes ERDF Compliance and Coordination Project Manager at Connexus, Rosemary leads a project focused on asset management planning utilizing PHPP modelling. Additional roles include Associate at Localise West Midlands, Built Environment Expert for Design Council CABE, and Co-ordinator for the Sustainable Housing Action Partnership. As the Director of sdrc consulting ltd, Rosemary has contributed to both UK and international sustainable development projects. Previous experience includes positions with Energiesprong UK and Climate KIC, where expertise in net zero energy retrofits and climate innovation was demonstrated. Educational qualifications include an Honorary Research Fellowship from Keele University and degrees in Economics and Environmental Impact Assessment.
