Mary Renstrom

Mary Renstrom is an experienced professional in customer operations and financial management. Currently serving as Group Lead for Customer Operations at Connexus Energy since August 2014, Mary oversees billing for over 130,000 residential and commercial customers, maintaining a 99.9% billing accuracy while managing a team of eight. Previously, Mary worked at Best Buy, where roles included Financial Operations Manager overseeing governance across offshore banking and credit card processes, and Finance Operations Supervisor responsible for compliance and reporting. Early career positions included Payroll Specialist and Sales Auditor. Mary holds a Bachelor's degree from Metro State University and has completed additional studies in Business Administration and Management at North Hennepin Community College.
