Sara Kirsch

Sara Kirsch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth strategy, sales operations, merchandising, and business transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Growth Strategy and Sales Operations at Connie Health since August 2025, Sara previously held the position of Sr Director of Merchandising/General Manager for Technology Products at Staples from March 2023 to August 2025. From January 2018 to March 2023, Sara was with Wayfair, where responsibilities included leading the Head of Private Label Commodity Brands and managing sales planning and operations strategy, in addition to overseeing the Education Furniture B2B vertical. Earlier experience includes consulting at The Boston Consulting Group and risk assurance roles at PwC. Sara holds an M.B.A. from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and History from Union College.
