David D. Motill

David D. Motill is a Managing Director and Head of Consultant Relations at Conning where he is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy to position Conning’s products and services within the institutional consultant marketplace. Prior to joining Conning in 2010, Mr. Motill was a Partner and Chief Marketing Officer at Alpha Equity Management. Previous to that role, he was Head of Global Consultant Relations with Fischer Francis Trees & Watts, Head of North American Consultant Relations with Citigroup Asset Management, and Head of Consultant Relations at GE Asset Management. Mr. Motill is a graduate summa cum laude of Temple University's Fox School of Business and earned an MBA, with honors, from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. He holds both the Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
