Greg Nickett, PHR, CCP, has over 25 years of experience in human resources and compensation management. Currently serving as VP & Sr. HR Generalist at Conning since September 2011, Greg previously held the role of Compensation Manager at Ahlstrom from March 2007 to September 2011, and served as Compensation & Benefits Manager at Mortgage Lenders Network USA from August 2005 to January 2007. Earlier in the career, Greg was a Compensation Manager at Travelers for a decade and had various roles at Newport News from 1990 to 1995. Academic credentials include an MBA in Human Resources from Baruch College and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Public Relations from Syracuse University.
