Alexander Womer has extensive experience in media production and sports broadcasting. Currently serving as the Assistant Production Director at Connoisseur Media since May 2013, Womer's responsibilities include producing and scheduling commercials and importing content. Womer also hosts and produces a call-in sports-talk show on Fox Sports Radio 1330 AM and has produced Pittsburgh Pirates games on Jet Radio 1400 AM. Previous experiences include being a fill-in PA announcer for the NBA Development League, serving as General Manager and Sports Director at 90.5 WERG, and working as a marketing communications intern for the NBA Development League. Womer began a career in media during their education at Gannon University, where contributions were made as a staff writer for "The Gannon Knight" and as a SpotifyU Campus Influencer.

Connoisseur Media was founded in 2004 by Jeffrey Warshaw and Mike Driscoll. The first acquisition of the company involved several stations in Bloomington, IL. The company began with capital from hedge fund Farallon Capital, along with its founders. Through a combination of start-ups, move-ins, and acquisitions, Connoisseur Media has grown to 36stations as of February 2014.
