Meghan Connolly Schmidt has extensive experience in real estate development and investment. Currently serving as a Real Estate Developer at CONNOLLY since July 2019, Meghan works with a leading firm known for its successful completion of over 40 projects in the Southeast since 1972. Concurrently, as Managing Partner at Spruce Street Partners, also beginning in July 2019, Meghan focuses on making control investments in established lower-middle market businesses with significant growth potential. Previously, from August 2015 to June 2019, Meghan was an Engagement Manager at Applied Predictive Technologies, overseeing multiple post-sales engagements and leading a team in servicing clients across various industries. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus on Operations/Information Management and Management from The Wharton School.
