Dan Bowles

Dan Bowles serves as the Director of Digital Services at Connor Group since May 2025, bringing extensive experience in human resources and technology. Prior to this role, Bowles held various positions at Workday from August 2012 to May 2025, including Principal Field Readiness Architect for Security, Organizations, and Business Process Framework, as well as for Talent and Performance. Previous roles include Senior Manager of HR Technology and Organizational Development at Dyno Nobel, and several leadership positions at MasterBrand Cabinets, focusing on HR technology and program management. Bowles began his career at the University of Utah, where Dan served as Director of Technology Education and Program Manager for Cisco Networking Academy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Brigham Young University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Utah.
