Emma Wrafter

Director of Service Design & Impact at Kinship

Emma Wrafter is the Director of Service Design & Impact at Kinship. Emma has over thirteen years of experience working in the non-profit sector in a variety of roles. Emma began their career as an Equipment Support Officer for the UK Ministry of Defence. Emma then transitioned to BAFFA where they worked as the Events, Membership, and Marketing Manager. Emma then moved to The Children's Society where they worked as a Corporate Account Manager and Communications Manager before being promoted to Internal Engagement Manager. In 2015, Emma became the Director of Education and Prevention for The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. Most recently, Emma was the Interim Co-CEO and Development Director for Animal Free Research UK. Emma has a passion for design and improving systems and processes to create lasting social impact.

Emma studied at Cass Business School, the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and Eltham College. Emma has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Liverpool.
