Sebastian Preiss is an experienced engineering professional with a strong focus on composite solutions for various applications, including automotive, aerospace, and medical sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at CONNOVA since August 2018, Sebastian also has a background in senior project management. Prior experience includes a role as Technical Sales Composites at Voith Composites GmbH & Co. KG, where responsibilities included feasibility studies, part design, and cost calculations, as well as a significant tenure at Voith GmbH as a Research and Development Engineer, specializing in the analysis and design of composite structures. Earlier work involved R&D on composite structures at ThyssenKrupp. Sebastian holds a Diploma of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Dresden and has further education from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
