David Schofman

William (David) Schofman was appointed as a director in March 2012. Mr. Schofman serves on the Compensation Committee. Mr. Schofman is an executive, investor and board member for several companies including: PureWRX, Inc., Coro Health, LLC and CPO Commerce, Inc. Mr. Schofman previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Callaway Golf Interactive from June 2004 to September 2007, and previous to that co-founded and worked in other businesses within the golf industry going back to 1995. Mr. Schofman graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1994.
