Douglas H. Martin

Douglas H. Martin served as a director of the predecessor to the Company beginning in 1998 and was appointed as one of the company's directors in February 2003. Mr. Doug Martin was a member of the Credit Risk Committee in fiscal year 2020 and will remain as a member of the Credit Risk Committee in fiscal year 2021 along with being a member of the Compliance Committee. Mr. Doug Martin is a Senior Executive Vice President of Stephens Inc. where he has been employed since 1981. Mr. Doug Martin serves as a member of the board of directors of numerous privately held companies. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Physics and Economics from Vanderbilt University and his Master of Business Administration from Stanford University.
