Jeff Lee

Jeff Lee is an accomplished retail executive with extensive experience in merchandising and operations across various respected companies. Currently serving as Executive Director of Appliances & Consumer Electronics at Conn's HomePlus since June 2018, Jeff oversees $500 million in sales and leads a team focused on merchandising strategy and supplier management, notably spearheading the “Think Big” initiative that generated a $54 million sales increase. Previous roles include Director of Merchandising at Theisen's Home Farm Auto, Vice President of Home at Shopko, and multiple managerial positions at The Home Depot, where responsibilities encompassed diverse categories such as consumer electronics and home improvement. Jeff began a retail career as a buyer at May Department Stores and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
